The Attributes will be automatically assigned after each level up. As we know from D1 and D2, we could spend attribute points on Mana, Health and so on, it was a great way to create a godlike character but the greatest way to destroy your character. A few points spent on the wrong attribute and in the long run you were doomed.

Anyway Blizzard wanted to fix this in Diablo3, so in a WoW like manner the attributes will be automatically assigned to the character each time you level up.

This is a great way to approach a game, we will remain focused on gathering gear and the actual level up without the fear of consequences from spending attribute points. This system will make the game easier for new players to experience Diablo III.

Another great thing in D3 is that armor and weapons do NOT have attribute requirements like the other Diablo games, so you will be able to wear anything as long as it is not class specific to other characters.

I sincerely like the new automatic attribute point distribution, but i have to say this again. Blizzard must make Diablo 3 balanced and never-ending

What do you think about the concept of 4 players in a Diablo 3 Game ?
I personally like it, it would make the players more united. When creating a game you can get the game full in no time, a 4 player crowd is easier to create than 8.
Also there will be more loot and items for everyone and the greatest thing : More monsters per player.

But why would Blizzard do this, the drop from 8 players per game to 4 is a bit drastic.. i suspect they did it because of the graphics. You saw the gameplay videos and trailers, there will be a lot of magic and eye candy (even for the Barbarian) so 8 players using skills in the same area would create huge lag.. I personally prefer a smaller number of players to quality of gameplay, i don’t want my battles to lag because of an 8 player game

On the down side if you have 5 friends for example one of them would have to sit out or play in a different DIII game.

Some say that we should have the ability to choose from a 4 player or 8 player D3 game, i agree but i’m ok with number 4. I don’t mind i just want to play Diablo 3

The Wizard in Diablo III is very different from the Sorceress from D2, this one is a bit cruel and selfish it seems.. even dark.

The Wizard has the potential to rule this game but the issue of balance still remains. We cannot tell just how powerful the wzzard skills and spells are compared to the other characters (Barbarian and Witch Doctor) We all like the eye candy but we want the spells to be powerful.

Here are the current skills of the D3 Wizzard:

• Disintegrate
• Electrocute
• Teleport
• Magic Missile
• Slow Time

I have to say i am a bit impressed with the Slow Time ability, i wasn’t expecting such a skill, also the Disintegrate ability looks great but the Electrocute skill doesn’t look too powerful in my opinion. Blizzard has put a lot of work in the third DiabloIII character and we have to be grateful

From the gameplay trailers the Wizard looks and feels very powerful and the thing i love the most about this character is that it grants the player the power to be creative. I can already see dozens of combinations with the Wizard while playing Diablo 3

BlizzCon is almost here, Friday and Saturday will be on fire. We are all waiting for the new DIII character Class and other great news from Blizzard.

I wonder if we will see some new areas in the game, maybe a new battle video and why not a glimpse of Diablo 3 Act2. I know i know we are all hoping for a miracle.. but we are hungry for diablo stuff.

Anyway, back to BlizzCon, i am very excited. Diacriticals dot com will bring you all hot news straight from “Blizzard’s mouth”

It would be nice for Blizzard to introduce the option to download Diablo III
A system where you pay for the game and you can instantly have it via download link. I know that the game will be huge (Remember how big D2 was) but the diablo fans have patience.

I personally don’t like to buy games like this, if i’m going to pay for DiabloIII i want the sweet box that comes with it. Maybe a Battle Chest so i can be the proud owner of the entire series.

Indeed the option to Download Diablo 3 sounds ok, but how many fans would use it ?

I don’t care if Blizzard sets this up, i will buy the original game in the original box.
