People are talking and crying out

It seems that the Witch Doctor will “replace” the Necro as we know it … a sad thing indeed. It was the first character i played Diablo 2 with and i planned to make it my first in D3 also ..
Why does Blizzard want to scratch the old characters is beyond me, but it is a very bad idea! We all have great memories playing a certain class, and are very attached to it. This makes me hate the WD even more now that i know it was the Necro killer..

Still there is a hope, the Witch Doctor can replace the Druid from D2 having the power to control the animals and nature. This would mean that the Undead Wall should disappear from the WD’s arsenal and get back where it belongs

Not sure what to say.. it is too early.. but i do hope that the Necromancer will appear in Diablo III

More and more fans are wondering , will Diablo3 on BattleNET be free or on a pay to play program like World of Warcraft ?

Blizzard officials state that BattleNET was and will always be free , all games played through it will remain free as long as you buy the original game . This is good news for us all, but people are still wondering

As i discussed with many people i have seen a trend. Players prefer to have a donation system instead of the pay to play system, they thing that players should be incouraged to donate , and each time they to they will receive something of value in the Diablo World, something like a rune or a magical item

Many stated that they will be disappointed if a pay to play is instated but still no one backed off. We will all stand tall next to the game shot to buy this game , there is no doubt about that.

I have to say one thing , the fact that D2 was free on BattleNET was the true reason why that game was so hot . I mean i have seen people that did not see how the single player was on it, but are masters of the online slaughter. This is the secret in making a game bigger than life.

Still, i am sure that Blizzard will keep Diablo III on BattleNET free but i don’t mind a donation system either. But they must deserve it first !

A new addition to the new characters graphics and battle mechanics it seems we will have a new fighting feature.
More exactly , the bosses will be able to kill you with one shot, something like a Fatality , a
One Shot Kill (Diablo OSK)
As i watched the Gameplay Video and in the scene where the seigebreaker fights the barbarian and witch doctor you can see something we can all call a special move that kills the characters instantly
I have researched and it is true , when you fight a boss and your live is below a certain % amount You WILL be in danger of the one shot kill . It seems you have to be in a certain position and the boss must make a certain amount of moves so the move to work .. but if it does there is no way out.

From what i saw the boss can eat your head , slam you in the ground , devour the character and so on
Man i think they managed to bring the boss fighting experience in Diablo III to a new level

This new feature will create the sense of fear in the boss fights . In D2 the feeling was the same , you fought the normal map monsters or the level boss and the experience was the same , you sould fight them with 10HP … but NO MORE 🙂

In Diablo2 when you got to the upper levels and specially in the Hell World things got really tough , from Act I to Act II in Hell there was such a huge difficulty level that players could not simply pass through . They were forced to do Baal runs until they got to a certain level so their skills could match the power creatures on the map .
Some people got annoyed by this and have appealed to Blizzard to get this “fixed” in Diablo3
I agree , the increase in difficulty should be graduate and natural , players should feel good when playing a certain level , not gypped .

A player must not be forced to do hundreds of boss runs to get to a level where he can enter a map confident that he will not die in the first encounter . I am not talking about making things easy (that would not be in the Diablo spirit) but more natural and uniform

And another thing , the immunities .

Some think they should be removed completely from the game because they can cause the game to slow down and even halt for some players.

You can have an almost perfect character , but if you encounter a double imunity monster you be in deep trouble. Diablo 2 was very strict in this area and if you did not have a mercenary with you or another player in cooperation your game progress was in danger of being stopped

So , fans have sent a petition to Blizzard to eliminate them , or at least create the ability to create different ways to get by
